Shipping Policy

Al-Eitr is not made in a hurry, and it does not arrive in one either. Every order is prepared with the same care given to the fragrance itself.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Each bottle is inspected, sealed, and packed by hand before it leaves the house.

Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders within the UAE arrive within 4–6 business days. Delivery times may extend slightly during periods of high demand or during public holidays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is complimentary on all orders. No conditions, no minimums.

Order Tracking
A tracking link is shared via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched, so you always know where your bottle is.

Authentication
Every Al-Eitr order ships with a physical QR authentication card, confirming the piece in your hands is genuine, house-verified, and accounted for.

Packaging
Orders arrive in discreet, tamper-evident packaging built to protect the bottle and preserve the experience of opening it.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, reach out to us directly — we do not leave this to chance, and we will resolve it.
