Refund policy

The Al-Eitr Promise

Every bottle leaves our house sealed, numbered and inspected by hand. If anything is not as it should be, we will make it right.

Damaged, broken seal or wrong scent
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp or at aleitr21@gmail.com. We will replace the bottle or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You will not need to send anything back.

Changed your mind
An unopened bottle with its seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us first and we will arrange the return.

Because attar is worn on the skin, we cannot accept opened bottles unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
